During this past summer, Emillie (DD#1) was invited to a birthday party. The cake was this to die for Peanut Butter Cake. I asked the person that made it where she got the recipe. So I got it from her :) Since then i have been waiting for the perfect time to bake this amazing cake.

Emillie's 8th birthday is just around the corner (Dec30) so its the perfect time. We are celebrating her birthday tomorrow evening at MIL & FIL's house. Then she will have her big party in a week.

Anyway, I want so badly to dig into this cake, it is making me drool!! I just had to share with you :)

If you have been reading this Blog, you will know that i'm a recent addict of Uppercase Living Vinyl :) (thanks Janelle) I had a open house last week, and it went good. I got to show off the vinyl that i have, and i'm REALLY wanting to add to my collection.
Here is my glass block :) Ever since Russ and I got together our thing has always been. "N&4E" Now and Forever. We sign notes with it, we end emails with it, and we say it almost as much as we say I love you :) So when I was looking through the Uppercase Living catalog that Janelle gave me, I was SO excited!

I also have had this stack of picture frames and photos of the kids sitting on my dining room table for the LONGEST time, waiting to go up on the wall. Well i wasn't sure how i was going to arange them. So there they sit. Well once again, while looking through the catalog, I saw the word "Blessings" All three of my children are blessings to me, because with my PCOS (PolyCystic Ovary Syndrome) all of my kids are concidered miracles. So i ordered "Blessings" put it on a board, and am going to hang it on the wall with my stack of pictures :)
As soon as my dear sweet husband helps me hang my picture frames, i will share a picture of my beautiful display of my blessings :)

It is SO easy, and so pretty to have. and the options are pretty much endless. There is so much to choose from!! I have a huge list of vinyl ideas, but unfortunately my checkbook doesn't approve. So i will be patient!

So if you are interested in finding something fun to add to your decor, please hop on by http://janelled.uppercaseliving.net/OnlineCatalog.m to see what you can find!! BUT, Don't order it through the website!! Contact me if you find something that catches your eye!! And hurry, because Orders have to be in by Friday morning at the latest ;)

I have been CRAZY insanely busy!!

Since Ayden was born (almost 4 months ago) my housework has been set aside. He's my baby, my last born, He deserves all the attention he can get out of me. and i sure as anything don't want to be scrubbing toilets when I could be snuggling my baby! They grow up way too fast for that.

So anyway.. In a week and a half, I'm going to be having 13 of my closest friends coming to my home for a couple hours, and some of them i haven't seen in FOREVER so i want the place neat and tidy. SO i'm busy scrubbing walls, scrubbing the shower/tub, and putting the 15 or so loads of laundry away. We have been scrummaging through laundry baskets for months trying to find matching socks on a as needed basis LOL

I'm also working every minute that i can muster on this Halloween costume for Emillie that seems neverending.

All this along with random fall activities with the kids :) Which by the way i have been busy photographing, so you should head over to my Family Blog to see!

Hopefully when life gets back to normal this blog can get back to normal, whatever normal is :)
